- You have 10 people or fewer. The Small Business plan is free with every hub and feature, on one schedule and one time clock.
- You have up to 30 people and need just the schedule and a basic time clock. The free Limited plan covers them, where Deputy has no free plan.
- You have 13 or more people and need the time clock, labor reports and paid time off. Two Basic hubs are $70 a month for 30 users, against $5.50 a user on Deputy Lite.

Connecteam prices each hub at a flat fee for the first 30 users. The table pairs its Operations hub, for the schedule and time clock, with HR & Skills, for paid time off: $35 each a month on Basic, or $29 billed yearly, plus $1.60 a month for each user past 30. Without paid time off, the Operations hub alone is $35. Deputy counts every user, managers and admins included, and monthly plans have a $30 minimum per invoice, which the table doesn’t show. Billed annually, Lite is $5 a user, with no refund if you cancel early.
