Complete your shift checklist
If your manager attached a checklist to your shift, open it from the shift's card on the Schedule tab and tick off each task as you finish it.
Your manager can attach a checklist to a shift, such as the jobs for opening or closing. You open it from the shift's card on the Schedule tab (the calendar icon) and tick off each task as you finish it. Only the person whose shift it is can tick its tasks.
Open the checklist
- Select the Schedule tab (the calendar icon).
- Find the shift. A shift with a checklist shows its progress, such as "Checklist — 0 of 4 done".
- Select Open the checklist.
The Tasks screen lists each task, with any detail your manager added below it.
Tick off tasks
- When you've done a task, select it. A tick appears, and the task says "Done by you" with the date and time.
- Carry on down the list. The line at the top counts the tasks done, and says "All done" when you've finished.
To undo a tick, select the task again.
When every task is done, the shift's card says "Checklist — All done", and its button reads Review tasks.
Who sees your ticks
Your manager can see which tasks are done, who ticked each one, and when. That's all a tick records.
If a shift was reassigned, a task someone else ticked says who did it. The checklist belongs to the shift, so whoever has the shift now is the one who ticks the rest.
If you don't see a checklist
- The shift has no tasks. Not every shift has a checklist.
- Your workplace has turned checklists off.
When your manager adds a checklist to one of your shifts, you get a Checklist added to your shift notification. Selecting it opens the Schedule tab, where the shift's card shows the checklist.
