See what changed in your schedule

Changes your manager makes after a week is published are listed under Schedule changes on the Today tab, and you get a Schedule updated notification.

Your manager can change a week after publishing it. When a change affects one of your shifts, you get a Schedule updated notification, and the change is listed under Schedule changes on the Today tab. Only people whose own shifts changed are told.

See what changed

  1. Select the Schedule updated notification. Or select the Today tab (the house icon), then Schedule changes.
  2. Read the newest update first. Updates are grouped by the date and time your manager published them, with a card for each shift that changed.
  3. To see your schedule as it is now, select My schedule.

Each card says what happened to the shift:

  • "New shift" or "Shift assigned to you": the shift is now yours.
  • "Shift removed" or "No longer your shift": you're no longer working it. The card shows the shift as it was.
  • "Date changed", "Time changed", "Location changed" or "Position changed": the shift moved. The old details are crossed out, with the new ones below them. One card can list several of these.

Shift times are in the time zone of the shift's location. The screen keeps your 50 most recent changes.

What isn't listed here

  • A newly published week. When your manager first publishes a week, you get New schedule published instead, and your shifts appear on the Schedule tab (the calendar icon).
  • Shifts that change hands through a request, such as a swap, a shift you picked up, or your own coverage request. You get a notification when a manager decides each one, and your Schedule tab shows the result.
  • New instructions or a checklist on a shift. You get Shift instructions updated or Checklist added to your shift, and the details are on the shift's card.
  • Changes your manager hasn't published yet. Until they publish, you keep seeing the week as it was.

If a change means you can't work a shift, see Ask someone to cover your shift.
