See your schedule
Your published shifts are on the Schedule tab, listed by day. From there you can see who else is working and where each shift is.
Your shifts are on the Schedule tab (the calendar icon), listed by day. Shift times are always in the time zone of the shift's location.
See your upcoming shifts
- Select the Schedule tab (the calendar icon).
- Scroll down the list. Each day has a heading, with your shifts for that day below it.
Each shift card shows the time, the position and the location. When they apply, it also shows:
- "Overnight — ends the next day", for a shift that ends after midnight.
- "Repeats", for a shift that's part of a repeating series.
- The break your manager planned, such as "Planned break: 30m".
- Instructions from your manager.
- A checklist. See Complete your shift checklist.
- A coverage request, swap or offer you have in progress.
If a shift is at a location in a different time zone from your home location, the time zone appears after its time, such as CDT.
To look back at shifts you've worked, select Upcoming above the list, then Past 90 days. If your shifts are at more than one location or in more than one position, their names appear above the list. Select one to show only those shifts, and select it again to show everything.
Find where a shift is
- Select ⋯ at the top right of the shift's card. The Shift options menu opens.
- Select Where is this?.
The Location screen shows the location's address and time zone. Select Open map or Get directions to find your way there. If your workplace added a contact for the location, you can call or email them from this screen too.
See who else is working
- On the Schedule tab, select Team schedule.
- If you work at more than one location, select the location.
- Select Previous or Next to change weeks.
You see everyone's published shifts at that location, including open shifts nobody has yet, which are marked Open. Your own shifts are marked You. You can go back one week. A week your manager hasn't published yet says "Nothing published this week".
The team schedule is for looking only. To take a shift, see Pick up an open shift. To trade one, see Swap a shift with a coworker.
If there's no Team schedule button, your workplace shows each person only their own shifts.
See who you work with
Select the More tab (three dots), then Coworkers. The Your team screen lists everyone at your workplace, with their positions and the locations you share. Managers are marked Manager. You can search by name, position or location.
Shift Amp never shows your coworkers' phone numbers or email addresses, and never shows yours to them.
To see your shifts in your phone's calendar app, select the calendar icon at the top right of the Schedule tab. See Add your shifts to your calendar.
